How do I return an item?
We strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase from us. If you receive your product and it is damaged or not complete we swiftly move to address the shortcoming at our expense when it is not caused by you. If you decide to return the items you purchased, please contact us to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) via within three days of the merchandise delivery, and then ship the products in their original, unopened cartons. Once the merchandise is received back and inspected, we will refund you your money minus the shipping and handling charges. If the cartons have been opened and the shrink wrap has been broken, an additional charge of 15% will be assessed. It's strongly advised that you purchase shipping insurance at the time of shipping back the products.
