At Encyclopedia Center, we ship most orders within 1-3 business days of when your order was submitted. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information within 24 hours of your order's shipment. If we do not carry the item in stock that you ordered, we will notify you.

Once your order is shipped it will take additional time to be delivered. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option you chose at checkout.

Due to special arrangements with FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service, we offer discounted shipping prices on orders to Hawaii and Alaska, along with international locations.

We ship to most countries around the world. To find out what it costs to ship to your location, please add an item to your shopping cart. You will be redirected to the "Shopping Cart" page.  In the bottom center column, under the title "Estimate Shipping and Tax," type in your address. Click the "Get a Quote" button. If we ship to your country a shipping method will appear below the "Get a Quote" button. If no options are shown after clicking "Get a Quote,” please contact us here.

International Shipments

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment is the importer of record and will be responsible for such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Customs, duties and taxes must be fulfilled by the recipient; Encyclopedia Center has no control over these charges, nor can Encyclopedia Center predict what they may be and Encyclopedia Center is not responsible for paying them. In the event the buyer/recipient refuses to pay the customs duties and fees and the shipment is returned to Encyclopedia Center, the buyer will be responsible for all outbound and return shipping and handling charges in addition to any damage or loss to the shipment.
