PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. Return Policy
We strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase from us. If you receive your product and it is damaged or not complete we swiftly move to address the shortcoming at our expense when it is not caused by you. If you decide to return the items you purchased, please contact us to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) via cs[at]encyclopediacenter[dot]com within three days of the merchandise delivery, and then ship the products in their original, unopened cartons. Once the merchandise is received back and inspected, we will refund you your money minus the shipping and handling charges. If the cartons have been opened and the shrink wrap has been broken, an additional charge of 15% will be assessed. It's strongly advised that you purchase shipping insurance at the time of shipping back the products.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Encyclopedia Center product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Encyclopedia Center reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Encyclopedia Center reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Encyclopedia Center shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Encyclopedia Center without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
